SHIRAAE
Ingredients: for 4 servings

Firm Tofu 1
      Sesame seeds 3T
      Spinach 1bunch/ boil, cut and drain
      Carrot 1 / cut, boil and drain
Sugar 2T
Soy sauce 2t
Shiromiso (sweet miso) 2T

Drain the tofu well.(boil and place a cutting board on top of it to drain the moisture, or microwave for 2 minutes).Salt to taste.
Grind roasted sesame seeds in suribachi bowl, mix with soy sauce, sugar and sweet miso.
Add drained tofu and stir well with surikogi pestle. 
Add boiled vegetable and mix.
GOMAAE
Ingredients: for 4 servings
      
Spinach 1bunch (200g)
Sesame seeds 5 T
Sugar 2 T
Soy sauce 2 t



Wash spinach in a bowl of water and rinse. In a boiling water, add a pinch of salt, and boil spinach standing up, push down as stem part soften,boil for 30 seconds. Drain the spinach and immerse in cold water. Squeeze excess water and cut into 3cm.
Grind toasted sesame seeds well in suribachi bowl with surikogi pestle.       
Add sugar and soy sauce into the bowl and mix with surikogi.
Add spinach into the bowl, mix well using chopsticks and serve!
